I have once again updated m blog! I decided to make it different from everyone else's--sure, everyone's is different, but I decided to make mine "brighter."

Come ON, Summer!

It's crazy month at our school. That month where everyone's looking forward to summer but it won't come.
The students, the teachers, even the janitors are all in "that mood." The teachers are just spacing out, and the students are all jumpy. And summer still won't come.
Any of you guys got summer plans? Camps? Vacations?

Lucky You!

Lucky you! Since I'm doing two posts in one day, you guys get the immense privilege of listening to me rant about absolutely nothing! Anyway, I've had such a marvelous, exciting, day. Not. Boatload of homework (ugh), an hour of piano and voice (bleh), and on top of that, it's thundering and my dog is FREAKING OUT (aw). So, while she goes and gets herself stuck in her hiding/panic place (it's happened!), I have to sit through an hour of play, play, play, sing, sing, sing. And then a half hour of homework, homework, homework. *Sigh*. 

Any of you guys ever been in my shoes? I know everyone's been in the homework situation--not fun! Well, I'm off to get started on my homework. Hope you guys aren't having a day like this--ah, well. Tomorrow's a new day!

Finnick!

I guess I should tell you guys this. If you haven't already guessed...I. Love. FINNICK!!! He is my FAVORITE Hunger Games character. Ever.
So, Catching Fire is coming out on November 22, 2013, and one question remains among us fans: Who will play Finnick?
I want you guys to leave your opinion about who should play Finnick in the comments. But first, I'll tell you who I think should play Finnick.

Have any of you guys ever heard of Joe Walker? He's TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Anyway, I think he'd make a great Finnick. Here's another picture of him.

Hunger Games (again)!

Caution: Spoilers Ahead
Okay, so you know how everyone alway goes "Team Peeta!" or "Team Gale!"? Well, I, along with several others, are Team FINNICK! (I used to be Team Haymitch, but I switched :).) I finished Catching Fire today, and Finnick is just totally awesome! Anyone else think that Finnick Odair is one of the best characters in HG? You're awesome if you do. I already know that he dies in Mockingjay, but even so, I'll be crying my eyes out like when Snape died. (Don't judge me!)
My top three favorite characters:
1. Finnick Odair, the awesome
2. Effie Trinket, the comic-relief
3. Haymitch Abernathy, the drunk
Before I read Catching Fire, this is how that list was
1. Effie Trinket, the comic-relief
2. Haymitch Abernathy, the drunk
3. Tie with Cinna and Rue. Cinna, the thank-God-he's-not-like-Effie-or-any-of-the-other-Capitol-people, or Rue, the OMG-I-couldn't-stop-crying-when-she-died.
So, yeah. I'm kind of glad Cinna and Rue are off because their description things took a while to write.
