NOTHING IS OKAY.
I AM DEAD.
TWELTH DOCTOR OF DOCTOR WHO HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED.
Let me introduce you to...
PETER CAPALDI!!!
HE LOOKS GOOD BUT I'M JUST GOING TO MISS MAT SO MUCH AJAHDFIULWEAH I NEED MY LITTLE AWKWARD RAGGEDY MAN GIRAFFE.
So on Friday, I heard they were announcing the 12th Doctor actor on Sunday. But I thought people were just trying to get the WHOVIANS ALL WORKED UP!!!!!
NO.
NOT A JOKE.
IT WAS REAL.
So at first my reaction was.
Then I realized it was real.
And then--
And as soon as my family saw me sobbing and wandering around the house bumping into things they just sort of--
Now if you'll excuse me I am done with the world.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! I like your gifs. :D
ReplyDeleteTeehee, thank you!
DeleteHe'll be okay as the Doctor as long as he doesn't have a heart attack before they start filming. He also looks more like a villain than a Doctor.

Heart attack...because he's older? I mean, he's only, like, 55...but I agree that he does look more like a villain. Maybe it's the eyebrows or the long face shape? Or maybe the nose. The nose is a bit Snape-ish. But I still stand by the opinion that he will make a great Doctor!
Delete-H
P.S. He was the dad in "The Fires of Pompeii." So he's already been in Doctor Who, like Karen Gillan, who was in the same episode before Amy Pond!
Nose and eyebrows definitely. Also his hand is just sort of...there.
ReplyDeleteI only saw the end of The Fires of Pompeii. He looked a lot younger than he does now, though.

Yes, the pose with his hand is a little...creepy.
DeleteYeah, I guess it was a while ago...
Clara and the 11th were sort of romantically involved, right? How are they going to carry that on with a 50+ guy?
ReplyDelete~D. Skye <3
That's true, but Alex Kingston is 20+ years older than Matt Smith...and Christopher Eccleston is 19 years older than Billie Piper, I believe...we'll see what the writers come out with :).
DeleteI know, I know. But even Alex Kingston looks younger than she really is and Christopher Eccleston doesn't have grey hair yet.
ReplyDeleteIn other news, have you finished Les Mis?
~D. Skye <3
Fair point ;).
DeleteNo...sadly, I had to take a break after concluding Volume III. It was all a bit too heavy :). I plan on continuing it in winter/late fall.
I was in a rush to finish it before school started last Monday. It took forever but I finished on Sunday night. It did get reallllllllllly boring at times but it's a good bragging right to have when you've finished it.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!

OMG congrats!!! What was your favorite part?
DeleteThank you! I really didn't have a favorite part but everything with Eponine is awesome. Do you have a favorite part so far?
